Description:

A sterile portable Hexafluorine® Eye Wash Pouch. ** Please note this product is no longer supplied with an eye cup

Only for use within hospitals. 

Instructions for Use:

Each portable eye wash pouch makes it possible to decontaminate 1 eye.

Use within the first 60 seconds following the splash for optimal efficacy.

This is a single use product- use the entire contents for one eye.

To make up for use:

Thread clip onto tube and secure in the closed position. Snap off end of delivery tube.  Release clip to allow Hexafluorine® solution to flow and use to decontaminate the affected eye. 

Shelf Life:

LPF – Portable Eye Wash - 2 years from date of manufacture.

Important Note: Once the pouch is made ready for use, the expiry date reduces to six months from date of opening.  Must be stored at a stable ambient temperature.
