Responsibility and Governance
The General Manager holds overall responsibility for the implementation of this policy and for ensuring that appropriate resources are made available to support our commitments. However, all employees share responsibility for upholding and promoting corporate social responsibility in their day-to-day activities and decision-making.

Ethical Business Conduct
We operate in accordance with all applicable UK legislation, including employment, anti-bribery, competition, health and safety, and environmental laws. In all business relationships, we are committed to acting with honesty, fairness, and integrity. Our contracts and agreements are clearly defined to reflect fair and transparent terms, and we strive to prevent any unethical or exploitative practices.
We also expect our suppliers and contractors to adopt responsible and lawful business practices. As part of our commitment to upholding high standards of legal labour compliance, we ensure that all labour used within our business and supply chains adheres to UK legislation. We do not tolerate the use of forced labour, child labour, or illegal workers under any circumstances. These principles are detailed further in our separate Corporate Legal Labour and Compliance Policy, which outlines our stance on modern slavery, child labour, and illegal immigration.
Regulatory Compliance for Medical Devices
As the UK Responsible Person (UKRP), sole importer, and distributor of the medical products we supply, the Company supplies United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). We are committed to full compliance with the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (as amended).
We ensure that the products we place on the UK (excluding NI) market meet all applicable regulatory requirements. We maintain robust processes for verifying manufacturer compliance, retaining technical documentation, and facilitating post-market surveillance. Our obligations as UKRP are carried out in full alignment with MHRA expectations, including vigilance reporting and incident response coordination.
We work closely with our overseas manufacturers to ensure conformity assessments are properly conducted and that the products are safe, effective, and appropriately marked for the UK (excluding NI) market.
