For the last ten years Newcastle University have recognised and awarded suppliers that offer the best in support to the University regardless of commercial size.
There are over 8000 companies in their supply chain and this year Newcastle University have invested £130 million in capital expenditure and seen student numbers rise by 7%.
Following a Risk and Resilience event run by the University last year Diphex have been working with the Engineering Faculty and we were very proud to be one of 30 nominees for this years awards - running out winners of the Excellence in Customer Service Award. The nomination stated: "Diphex consistently provide excellent customer service. This is personalised to the user." We were also congratulated on our helpful and informative training sessions and our fast turnaround of product orders.
Peter Bowes, one of the nominating team said “In the 13 years of being at Newcastle Uni, I have never experienced customer service like it.”
