Diphoterine® Skin & Eye Products - Mobile Stations

Diphoterine® Mobile Stations

Chemical incidents do not always happen in fixed locations. Maintenance engineers work in plant rooms, roof spaces, and confined areas. Delivery teams handle chemical transfers at loading bays. Workers move between areas where chemical exposure risk varies. Mobile Diphoterine® stations are designed for exactly these environments — compact, portable, and immediately deployable wherever the risk exists at that moment.

Mobile stations include Diphoterine® in portable spray formats — MiniDAP and MicroDAP units — that can be carried by a co-worker to the casualty rather than requiring the injured person to move to a fixed decontamination point. In the critical first 60 seconds after a chemical splash, the ability to bring the treatment to the worker rather than moving the worker to the treatment can be the difference between a minor incident and a serious injury.

This portability advantage is particularly important in environments where incidents typically occur away from fixed emergency shower locations — ammonia refrigeration plant rooms in food production facilities, maintenance areas in chemical manufacturing, process zones in pharmaceutical or semiconductor production. In all of these settings, the time taken to reach a fixed shower is time the chemical is continuing to react.

Mobile Diphoterine® units require no installation, no maintenance, and no water supply. They are ready to use immediately, can be stored at any workstation or carried in a tool kit, and are suitable for both skin and eye chemical splash decontamination.
