Description:

A personal issue kit for emergency first aid following a small chemical splash.  

Kit consists of a nylon belt with 3 holsters that contain:

2 x LIS - Single Individual Eye Wash (50ml)

1 x MINI DAP - Skin Spray (200ml)

The eye wash bottle is sufficient to decontaminate one eye  *note 10 second protocol

The MINI DAP spray is sufficient to decontaminate 9% TBSA eg thigh, half a torso

Instructions for Use:

LIS - *Use within the 10  seconds of the splash for optimal efficacy.

MINI DAP - use within 1 minute of the splash for optimal efficacy.

Single use product. Use the full contents of the relevant applicator.

Shelf Life:

LIS - Eye Wash Pod (50ml) - 2 years from date of manufacture

MINI DAP - Spray - 2 years from date of manufacture
