Description:

Complete kit for chemical decontamination / emergency first aid following a small chemical splash. Ideal kit for internal areas on sites.  For external areas where there is a risk of freezing please see LMPEGF.DAS.

Kit consists of a wall mounted cabinet with a door for dust protection and contain:

2 x LPMD - Mural eye wash bottles (500ml)

1 x LOA - Afterwash II (200ml)

1 x MINI DAP -  Skin Spray (200ml)

Each mural eye wash bottle is sufficient to decontaminate 1 eye. 

The MINI DAP spray is sufficient to decontaminate 9% TBSA eg thigh, half a torso.

The LOA - Afterwash can be used to relieve any dry eye symptoms after the decontamination has been completed.

Instructions for Use:

Use within the first minute of the splash for optimal efficacy.

Single use product. Use the full contents of the relevant applicator for skin / eye decontamination.

Shelf Life:

LPMD - Mural eyewash - 2 years from the date of manufacture

LOA - Afterwash II - 2 years from the date of manufacture

MINI DAP - Spray - 2 years from the date of manufacture
