Diphoterine® Wall Mounted Stations

When a chemical incident happens, the injured worker cannot always move to the decontamination point. The decontamination point needs to be where the incident happens. Diphoterine® wall mounted stations are designed for exactly this — permanent, always-ready chemical first aid fixed at the precise location of chemical exposure risk.

Unlike emergency safety showers, wall mounted Diphoterine® stations require no plumbing, no water supply, and no installation infrastructure. They are fixed directly to the wall in any location — on a process line, adjacent to a chemical storage area, inside a plant room, or at a laboratory bench — and are immediately available without any setup time.

Each station provides a full supply of Diphoterine® solution in the format appropriate to the hazard. When an incident occurs, the responder goes directly to the station, activates the unit, and begins active decontamination within seconds. The hypertonic, amphoteric, and chelating action of Diphoterine® then does what water cannot — it actively draws the chemical back out of tissue and renders it harmless, rather than simply washing the surface.

Wall mounted stations meet EN15154 Parts 3 and 4 — the European standards for emergency eye and skin decontamination equipment — making them a fully compliant and documentable element of your COSHH emergency provision.
