Description:

A kit for emergency first aid following a small chemical splash.  

Available for hospitals only.

Kit consists of a protective case with wall-mounting attachment and contains:

2 x LPD - Eye wash pouch (500ml)

1 x MINI DAP - Skin Spray (200ml)

The LPD Eye wash pouch is sufficient to decontaminate one eye. * Please note eye cup is no longer included.

The MINI DAP spray is sufficient to decontaminate 9% TBSA eg thigh, half a torso.

Instructions for Use:

Use within the first minute of the splash for optimal efficacy.

Single use product. Use the full contents of the relevant applicator for skin / eye decontamination

Shelf Life:

LPD - Eye wash Pouch - 2 years from date of manufacture

NB - if the pouch is made ready for use, the expiry date reduces to 6 months from date of opening.

MINI DAP - Skin Spray - 2 years from date of manufacture
