Description:
A Sterile Portable Eye Wash Pouch with delivery tube. ** Please note this product is no longer supplied with an eye cup
Only for use within Hospitals. Store at a stable ambient temperature.
Instructions for Use:
Each portable eye wash pouch contains 500ml of Diphoterine® solution and makes it possible to decontaminate 1 eye.
Use within the first 60 seconds following the splash for optimal efficacy.
This is a single use product - use the entire contents for one eye.
To make up for use:
Thread clip onto tube and secure in the closed position. Snap end of delivery tube.
Release clip to allow the Diphoterine® Solution to flow and use to decontaminate the affected eye. Use the entire contents.
Shelf Life:
LPD – Portable Eye Wash - 2 years from date of manufacture.
Important Note: Once the pouch is made ready for use, the expiry date reduces to six months from date of opening.
