Safurex® Information
Safurex® is the latest addition to our range of environmental products. During maintenance or following a chemical incident surfaces and PPE may be contaminated with corrosive chemicals. This can cause damage to surfaces and equipment due to corrosion and also poses a potential issue for personnel suffering an injury due to cross-contamination.
Safurex® is also suitable for incidents involving Hydrofluoric Acid and its derivatives as it will safely bind the fluoride ions negating the toxic element of this chemical.
In use Safurex® has built in pH indicators that return to the original colour when the decontamination process is complete - providing a visual indication that the surface, equipment, PPE or tools are safe from further corrosion.
